How can I return a product/order?

You have 14 calendar days to request a return. You can now return products online directly from your user account. Here's what you need to do:

1. Log in to your account, go to the "My Orders" section, click on the order from which you wish to return the product(s), and then click the "Return" button. Follow all steps to complete the return process.

2. Make sure you have all the necessary items for the return: the original invoice, warranty certificates, tags, etc.

Under what conditions can I return products?

Returned products must be in the same condition as when received: undamaged and without defects.

According to Article 10(c) of Government Ordinance 130/2000, ensoshisha.ro reserves the right not to accept the return of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that can deteriorate (perishable) or spoil quickly, such as underwear, swimwear, stockings, and unsealed cosmetics. Each product page indicates whether the product is eligible for return. Products that are part of a set must be returned as a set.
